Ms Jenny Sofian is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fullerton Fund Management.
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2017, Jenny spent more than 20 years at Amundi Singapore. She was appointed the CEO and Head of South Asia in November 2009, responsible for their Southeast Asian and Australian operations. She also served as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at the Group Level Executive Committee. Jenny joined Amundi in 1996, to manage Asian equity portfolios. She was later appointed Head of Research for Asia and in 1999, promoted to Managing Director. Earlier in her career, she managed various insurance funds for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore, and was responsible for asset allocation as well as investment across asset classes.
Jenny graduated from San Diego University with a BS in Business Administration degree (major in Finance) Summa Cum Laude. Jenny is actively involved in a number of industry bodies that are working to positively influence the asset management industry. She is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore. Jenny is a member of the Institute of Banking and Finance’s Fund Management Working Group, and a board member of the Finance Accreditation Agency in Malaysia.
Mr Patrick Yeo is the Chief Investment Officer at Fullerton Fund Management and has investment oversight across all investment strategies and products at Fullerton. As CIO, he chairs the Investment Committee, which comprises the CIO and the respective Heads of Asset Teams. The Investment Committee plays an integral role in formulating the company’s top-down macro views and medium-term investment strategy.
Patrick joined Fullerton in 2005 and has more than 26 years of investment experience, primarily in the areas of fixed income and currency management. He previously worked with OCBC Asset Management, Rothschild Asset Management, Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation.
Patrick graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a First Class Honours Degree in Commerce and Administration (Economics) in 1989. Patrick is a CFA charterholder since 1993. He was conferred the IBF Fellow award by the Institute of Banking and Finance in 2017.
Mr Mark Yuen is the Chief Business Development Officer responsible for the formulation and execution of Fullerton’s overall business development strategies and initiatives. He oversees the Institutional and Intermediary Sales, Client Services, Product Development, and Marketing and Communications functions. He leads the Business Development team to broaden Fullerton’s target markets and segments and expand the distribution of investment capabilities and solutions.
Mark joined us from Eastspring Investments where he was Director and Head of Institutional Sales & Client Management, responsible for business development amongst institutional investors in the region. His clients include state entities, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, endowments and pension funds. He was also responsible for global consultant relationships. Prior to joining Eastspring Investments, he was Director and Head of Business Development at Robeco Hong Kong Limited. Before Robeco, Mark was Head of Sales (South East Asia) with Credit Agricole Asset Management. He started his career with MAS, and held different positions, including a two-year stint as Assistant Director (New York Office). His last position at MAS was Assistant Director (Asset Management).
Mark is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Financial Leaders' Network and serves on the evaluation committees of the Finance Scholarship Program and SkillsFuture Study Award. He is an IBF Fellow conferred by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. Mark graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with an Upper Honors Degree in Business. He also graduated from the Stanford-NUS Executive Program in International Management and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Mr Andrew Clay is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fullerton. He is responsible for leading the Business Management Group.
Andrew has more than 28 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Fullerton in 2018, Andrew was the COO of Investment, NTUC Income. He was previously with Barclays Singapore for 9 years, most recently as the Regional Head of Investment Banking Operations & Middle Office. Before this, he spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch Singapore & Hong Kong where he last served as their Head of Global Services. Andrew had also held several senior roles at BNP Paribas (previously known as Banque Paribas) from 1989 to 1997.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Civil Engineering from King’s College, London.
Mr Wong Choong Keong is the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Fullerton and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit & Risk Committee. He is responsible for the firm’s legal and regulatory compliance matters. He has oversight of the overall legal and compliance framework and strategy for Fullerton and its associated offices overseas.
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2017, Choong Keong was the Chief of Risk, Legal & Compliance for South Asia at Amundi Asset Management since 2006. Before that, Choong Keong was the Regional Head of Compliance and Control at SG Asset Management and was in charge of the legal, compliance, control and internal audit functions of the Group’s activities in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region.
Choong Keong also held senior roles at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Choong Keong graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy in 1996.
Ms. Patricia Yew is the Chief Risk Officer at Fullerton and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit & Risk Committee. She is responsible for the overall risk management of the firm.
Patricia joined Fullerton in 2019. She was previously the Head of Risk Management, APAC for JP Morgan Asset Management since 2016. Prior to this, she was the Risk Control Officer and Legal Entity Risk Manager for their APAC Risk function.
She brings with her over 20 years of experience in Risk and she has been with JP Morgan since 1999, across their Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and London offices.
Patricia holds a degree in Finance (Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
