Role Summary

The Multi-Asset team manages a range of global multi-asset strategies which invest across global equities, fixed income and foreign exchange markets. We believe in having multiple allocation investment processes, each with an independent investment process and philosophy. This is used in managing both absolute and relative return portfolios in a range of risk profiles.

To augment our existing team, we are looking for a number of allocators, portfolio managers or strategists who have experience in tactical asset or risk allocation across countries, sectors, themes or styles. Depending upon experience and track record, the right candidate may be given charge of a pool of assets to be managed independently, or be assigned to work within a team approach.

 

Education Qualification

  • At least a Honours degree in any finance, business, commerce, science or mathematics discipline.

 

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cross-asset allocation, sector allocation, thematic allocation, equity allocation, credit allocation or investment strategy.
  • Experience with an investment process based either on a quantitative or fundamental approach, but which is grounded in a robust methodology, which can be demonstrated to add value.
  • Either top-down allocation or bottom up strategists would be considered.
  • Experience or exposure to global markets would be strongly preferred; however regional exposure will also be acceptable.
  • A confirmed track record to manage asset allocation funds would be highly desirable
  • Experience in a robust portfolio construction and risk management process would be preferred.
  • Ability to take independent responsibility for an asset pool would be preferred
  • Ability to think out of the box and ability to create novel and unique investment methodologies would be a plus.

Role Summary

The incumbent will support the Head of Compliance in ensuring Fullerton adheres to regulatory standards in different jurisdictions and in-house policies, including investment compliance. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing control mechanisms with the Head of Compliance to preserve Company’s integrity and ensure its business stays on a lawful and ethical course.

Education Qualification

  • A good tertiary degree in a related discipline


Experience and Skills

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-starter, good initiative and excellent team player
  • Ability to work in an organized manner under tight deadlines
  • Experience in using investment compliance systems, for example, Charles River or the Bloomberg Compliance module.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to Singapore fund management firm. In particular, the Securities and Futures Act and Financial Advisers Act, including the related Notices and Guidelines issued by MAS.

Role Summary
You will play an important role in assisting to manage Fullerton’s risk framework, including but not limited to operational risk monitoring, hedge fund operational due diligence (“ODD”) and business continuity management (“BCM”).

Education Qualification

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other risk management related disciplines.
  • ACCA, FRM, CFA, or similar qualifications are preferred


Experience and Skills

  • Minimal of 5 years relevant experience in asset management, banking, audit, accounting and/or insurance industry.
  • Experience in auditing and/or automation of operational processes would be advantageous.
  • Experience in operational risk appetite, modeling and operational value at risk (Ops VaR) would be considered positively.
  • Experience with the rollout of ISAE 3402 and setting of control objectives.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management systems and the onboarding of vendors.
  • Good working knowledge of operational process flows and the potential pitfalls of control gaps.
  • A team player with good interpersonal, written and communication skills, as well as, attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.

Role Summary
Your primary responsibility is to assist the senior product manager in the development, restructuring, consolidation and/or termination of funds. You will also own and drive the fund documentation process across various jurisdictions.

Education Qualification
You are a degree-qualified.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the fund management industry, preferably in the area of product development and product management (e.g. restructuring, consolidation and/or termination of funds).
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Basic knowledge of investment instruments, comingled fund, various legal structures of fund and type of funds across various fund domiciles.
  • Relevant knowledge of Singapore Code on CIS and Luxembourg UCITS regulatory requirements in the fund management industry.
  • Relevant experience in the review and/or registration of fund documents of products domiciled in various jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands).
  • Have a flair for fund documentation drafting, review and record keeping.
  • Good project management skills, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a documentation intensive environment which requires the person to be extremely systematic and meticulous.
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skill and the ability to multi-task.

Role Summary
You will provide day-to-day support to existing and prospective clients, covering both Singapore and offshore institutional and wholesale clients, and internal clients .

Education Qualification
You are a degree holder with Finance background.

Experience and Skills

  • Some relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of investment management (fund types, client base and strategies, operational set up, products) preferred
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
  • Exemplary analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external clients at all levels
  • Proficient on standard software applications like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Excellent team player who is detail-oriented and has good organization skills
  • Possess outstanding time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage expectations of internal and external clients effectively
  • Open to accepting new challenges; able to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing environment while maintaining the highest standard and attention to detail
