Role Summary

The Multi-Asset team manages a range of global multi-asset strategies which invest across global equities, fixed income and foreign exchange markets. We believe in having multiple allocation investment processes, each with an independent investment process and philosophy. This is used in managing both absolute and relative return portfolios in a range of risk profiles.

To augment our existing team, we are looking for a number of allocators, portfolio managers or strategists who have experience in tactical asset or risk allocation across countries, sectors, themes or styles. Depending upon experience and track record, the right candidate may be given charge of a pool of assets to be managed independently, or be assigned to work within a team approach.

 

Education Qualification

  • At least a Honours degree in any finance, business, commerce, science or mathematics discipline.

 

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cross-asset allocation, sector allocation, thematic allocation, equity allocation, credit allocation or investment strategy.
  • Experience with an investment process based either on a quantitative or fundamental approach, but which is grounded in a robust methodology, which can be demonstrated to add value.
  • Either top-down allocation or bottom up strategists would be considered.
  • Experience or exposure to global markets would be strongly preferred; however regional exposure will also be acceptable.
  • A confirmed track record to manage asset allocation funds would be highly desirable
  • Experience in a robust portfolio construction and risk management process would be preferred.
  • Ability to take independent responsibility for an asset pool would be preferred
  • Ability to think out of the box and ability to create novel and unique investment methodologies would be a plus.

Role Summary

The incumbent will support the Head of Compliance in ensuring Fullerton adheres to regulatory standards in different jurisdictions and in-house policies, including investment compliance. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing control mechanisms with the Head of Compliance to preserve Company’s integrity and ensure its business stays on a lawful and ethical course.

Education Qualification

  • A good tertiary degree in a related discipline


Experience and Skills

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-starter, good initiative and excellent team player
  • Ability to work in an organized manner under tight deadlines
  • Experience in using investment compliance systems, for example, Charles River or the Bloomberg Compliance module.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to Singapore fund management firm. In particular, the Securities and Futures Act and Financial Advisers Act, including the related Notices and Guidelines issued by MAS.

Role Summary

You will be part of an in-house legal team who will be responsible for providing advisory on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues as well as managing legal documentation pertaining to the business of fund management.

Education Qualification

  • You should have a law degree with good academic results from a reputable university.

Experience and Skills

  • You should have a minimum 5 years of legal working experience, preferably in fund management or financial services as part of a top tier law firm, or as an in-house legal counsel of a bank or asset management firm.
  • Extensive experience in independent review and negotiation of agreements and legal documentation
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a good knowledge of commercial laws
  • Highly-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong initiative, proactive and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Role Summary
The selected candidate will provide support to the Compliance team in areas of Know-Your-Client (KYC)-related checks and controls as well as other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Education Qualification

  • Degree qualified in a accountancy or finance-related discipline


Experience and Skills

  • 2 years of relevant experience or candidates with audit background is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Word and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-environment

Role Summary
Your primary responsibility is to participate in the upgrading of existing in-house programs and console jobs. For this role, you need to be competent in programming and with an understanding of system and database administrations functionalities.

Education Qualification
You are a diploma/degree holder in Computer Science

Experience and Skills

  • You should have 2 or more years of experience as a programmer.
  • You are proficient in :
    o   Visual Basic .Net and Visual C# .Net
    o   Visual Studio .Net 2003, Visual Studio .Net 2005 and Visual Studio .Net 2012
    o   MS SQL 2008 and 2012
    o   Programming .Net with Excel Interop (Excel 2010 and 2016)
    o   Excel VBA macro programming

Role Summary
Your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Sales team in areas including marketing collaterals and RPPs as well as Sales Support.

Education Qualification
You are a degree holder in a relevant discipline.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimal of 1 year experience in a relevant role preferred.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel
