Jenny Sofian
Jenny Sofian | Chief Executive Officer
Jenny Sofian is the Chief Executive Officer at Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd, where she is responsible for strategic development and management of the firm.
With over two decades of experience in the asset management industry, Jenny has held various leadership roles, including her previous position as CEO and Head of South Asia at Amundi Singapore. There, she oversaw the company's Southeast Asian and Australian operations and served as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at the Group Level Executive Committee. Jenny’s career started in managing insurance funds for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore.
Her active involvement in industry bodies has positively influenced and shaped the asset management industry. As the current Chairman of the Investment Management Association of Singapore and a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Financial Centre Advisory Panel, Jenny has demonstrated her commitment to advancing the industry. She also serves as a director of The Institute of Banking and Finance and was conferred the IBF Fellow award in 2020. In addition, Jenny sits on the advisory board of the Singapore Green Finance Centre, showcasing her dedication to sustainability and the environment.
Jenny's remarkable achievements have been recognised with numerous awards and accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award by Asia Asset Management and IBF Distinguished Fellow by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore.
She earned her BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from San Diego University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Ken Goh
Ken Goh | Chief Investment Officer
Ken Goh is the Chief Investment Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. He sets the strategic direction for the investment team and is responsible for overseeing the investment performance of all portfolios. Ken also manages Fullerton’s Global Absolute Alpha, Asia Focus and Asia Absolute Alpha Equities strategies.
Ken joined Fullerton in 2017 as Head of Equities and was additionally appointed Deputy CIO in 2020. He was previously CEO of CIMB Principal Asset Management’s Singapore office. He was also concurrently Regional CIO and Regional Head of Equities. Before he joined CIMB Principal in 2007, he held various senior positions in APS Asset Management, MeesPierson Private Bank, Allianz Dresdner Asset Management and Phillip Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Ken worked at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC).
Ken graduated from National University of Singapore with a First-Class Honours in Business Administration. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Winston Thng
Winston Thng | Chief Operating Officer
Winston Thng is the Chief Operating Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. He provides operational leadership to ensure efficient functioning of the Business Management Group, and has overall responsibility of the operational controls, administrative and reporting framework to support the growth of the business.
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2018, Winston was with Amundi Singapore since April 2006, where he last held the position of Deputy CEO and COO for Asia ex-Japan. At Amundi, Winston supported key strategic incorporations, acquisitions and mergers; he was also responsible for the operations of Asian Trading, Middle Office, IT, Finance & Administration as well as HR. Before joining Amundi, Winston was with Schroder Investment Management as its Assistant Director of Operations, which he rejoined in 2001 after a prior stint in 1997. Earlier in his career, Winston held operations related roles in ABN Amro Asset Management and UOB.
Winston holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Leicester, as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
Mark Yuen
Mark Yuen | Chief Business Development Officer
Mark Yuen is the Chief Business Development Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. He is responsible for the formulation and execution of Fullerton’s overall business development strategies and initiatives. He is also Fullerton's Head of International Entities responsible for its China, Indonesia and Brunei operations and chairs the boards of several Fullerton subsidiaries.
Mark joined Fullerton from Eastspring Investments, where he was Head of Institutional Business & Client Management. Prior to that, he held senior regional leadership business development roles at Robeco and Credit Agricole Asset Management. He started his career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and held different positions, including Assistant Director (New York Office) and Assistant Director (Asset Management).
Mark is actively involved in the development of Singapore’s financial services industry. He is a member of the MAS Financial Leaders' Network and serves on the evaluation committees of the Finance Scholarship Programme and SkillsFuture Study Award. He is an IBF Fellow conferred by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Singapore, and a member of the IBF Examinations Industry Panel.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and from the Stanford-NUS Executive Programme in International Management. He also graduated from the Asian Financial Leaders Programme. Mark is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Wong Choong Keong
Wong Choong Keong | Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Wong Choong Keong is the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Fullerton Fund Management and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit & Risk Committee. He is responsible for the firm’s legal and regulatory compliance matters. He has oversight of the overall legal and compliance framework and strategy for Fullerton and its associated offices overseas.
Choong Keong joined Fullerton in 2018 from Amundi Asset Management, where he was the Chief of Risk, Legal & Compliance for South Asia. Before that, Choong Keong was the Regional Head of Compliance and Control at SG Asset Management and was in charge of the legal, compliance, control and internal audit functions of the Group’s activities in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region. Choong Keong also held senior roles at Coopers and Lybrand, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Choong Keong graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy in 1996.
Patricia Yew
Patricia Yew | Chief Risk Officer
Patricia Yew is the Chief Risk Officer at Fullerton Fund Management and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit & Risk Committee. She is responsible for the overall risk management of the firm.
Patricia joined Fullerton in 2019. She was previously the Head of Risk Management, APAC for JP Morgan Asset Management since 2016. Prior to this, she was the Risk Control Officer and Legal Entity Risk Manager for their APAC Risk function. Patricia has more than 10 years of experience in Market Risk Management in JP Morgan across different lines of businesses.
She brings with her over 20 years of experience in Risk and was previously with JP Morgan from 1999, across their Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and London offices.
Patricia holds a degree in Finance (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
Hong Siu Ming, Cen
Cen Hong | Chief Human Resources Officer
Hong Siu Ming, Cen is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. He provides strategic leadership and execution of initiatives in partnership with the management team to steer the people agenda within the firm and foster a thriving organizational culture.
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2024, Cen was with Great Eastern Life Assurance Co. Ltd, where he last held the position of SVP and Head of People and Group Rewards. His career with the Insurance Group spanned over 20 years, with experience in Asset Management, Life and General Insurance, Bancassurance and Islamic Insurance within South-East Asia. Up till June 2024, he was also an Industrial Relations Panel member appointed by the Singapore National Employers Federation. He is currently serving on the HR Sub-Committee at the Society for the Aged Sick.
Cen holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with Distinction from University of Warwick, as well as a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) (Hon) from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, and a certified senior professional with the Institute of HR Professionals. He is also a Certified Global Rewards Professional and a Certified Compensation Professional with WorldatWork.
Ling Sow Kheng
Ling Sow Kheng | Head of Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff & China COO
Ling Sow Kheng is the Head of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff of Fullerton Fund Management. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives and supports the CEO office to facilitate efficient communication and coordination of the company’s operations.
Sow Kheng joined Fullerton Singapore in 2008 as Head of Operations and assumed the role till February 2016 when she relocated to Shanghai and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of Fullerton’s China operations, a role she continued to concurrently serve in her current capacity.
Sow Kheng has more than 34 years of experience in asset management operations. Prior to joining Fullerton, she spent 13 years in Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd and last held the position of Head of Portfolio Services, Asia. Earlier in her career she worked in United Overseas Bank, Koeneman Capital Management and Coopers & Lybrand.
Sow Kheng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

Ho Tian Yee
Ho Tian Yee | Chairman
Ho Tian Yee is the Chairman of the Board of Fullerton Fund Management. Tian Yee has over 30 years’ experience in managing and investing in global financial markets.
Tian Yee started his career with Bankers Trust Company, where his last position was MD and Regional Head of South East Asia. He was responsible for the management of the Singapore branch and the strategic direction of the bank’s global trading in Asia.
Currently, Tian Yee serves as Independent and Non-Executive Director of The Straits Trading Company Limited, Investment Advisor to Blue Edge Advisors Pte. Ltd. and Director-Chairman of DBS Foundation Ltd. In addition, Tian Yee is a director of Seviora Holdings and Chairman of Pavilion Capital. He holds a degree in Economics from Portsmouth University (Hons), United Kingdom, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Jimmy Phoon Siew Heng
Jimmy Phoon Siew Heng | Director
Jimmy Phoon is the Executive Director and CEO of Seviora Holdings, and the CEO of Seviora Capital. He was formerly the CEO of SeaTown Holdings International from 2010 to 2020.
Before SeaTown, Jimmy was the Senior Managing Director, Head of Strategy at Temasek Holdings. Prior to joining Temasek in 1999, Jimmy was with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia Limited (“SCMBA”). In his eight years with SCMBA, he managed several initial public offerings, public takeovers, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings. From 1988 to 1992, Jimmy was a Deputy Director in the Ministry of Finance of Singapore, where he was responsible for the formulation of corporate and international tax policies.
Jimmy is a director of the Health Sciences Authority, and a member of Nanyang Technological University's Board of Trustees and Chairman of its Investment Committee. He is also Chairman of Azalea Asset Management and a director of Innoven Capital and SeaTown Holdings.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) degree from Monash University, Australia.
Vincent Lien Jown Jing
Vincent Lien Jown Jing | Director
Vincent Lien is a director and a member of the Investment Committee of Income Insurance. He is also a Managing Director of Lien Properties Private Limited, and a director of Seviora Holdings, Lien Ying Chow Private Limited, Wah Hin & Company and Super Hi International, among others. He has over 20 years’ experience in banking, specialising in corporate finance and capital management in Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore and South-east Asia.
Prior to his retirement, he held various senior positions at major multinational banking institutions including Swiss Bank Corporation, Bankers Trust and ABN AMRO. He is also a Council Member of the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship.
Vincent graduated from University of New Brunswick with a BBA degree. He holds an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Hyupsung University.
Lester Edward Gray
Lester Edward Gray | Director
Lester Edward Gray retired from Schroders, an international asset management group, in 2013 after working for 26 years in several senior roles based in London, New York and Singapore. From 2004, he was CEO and from 2012, Chairman of Schroders Asia Pacific business, which has operations in nine countries across the region.
In addition to his executive roles, Lester was Chairman of the Investment Management Association of Singapore from 2006-2013. Lester serves as a non-executive director and adviser to several private investment companies in New Zealand and in Asia.
He holds a New Zealand Certificate of Engineering from the Waikato Institute of Technology and Authority of Advanced Vocational Awards, New Zealand.
Nels Radley Friets
Nels Radley Friets | Director
Nels R Friets retired from Singapore Exchange Limited, where he was Head of Securities and then an Advisor. He was formerly the Managing Director & Head of Equities (ASEAN) with Citigroup Global Markets, where he had responsibilities for all cash, derivatives, equity capital markets and prime brokerage activities in the ASEAN countries.
Nels was earlier with CLSA, where his last role was Managing Director, Singapore/Malaysia. Prior to CLSA, he spent 11 years as a management consultant.
Nels is currently Director and Executive Chairman of tryb Pte. Ltd. and Partner of tryb Partners LLP. He is also a co-opted member of the Finance Committee of Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and holds directorships in several companies.
Nels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Yale University, USA. He has been a Singapore permanent resident since 1989.
Chen Peng, Ph.D.
Chen Peng, Ph.D. | Director
Chen Peng was the Chief Executive Officer, Asia ex-Japan, of Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) from July 2012 to November 2019. He was responsible for all aspects of DFA’s Asia business, overseeing business strategy and development, client servicing and portfolio management.
Prior to joining DFA, he was with Morningstar where he held various roles over 15 years, including President of Morningstar Investment Management Division, Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Research and Consulting. His clients included insurance companies and pension funds (including manager selection for CPF).
Chen’s other appointments include Adjunct Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Harbin Institute of Technology in China. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Centre for Asset Management Research and Investments, National University of Singapore, and a director of Income Insurance, iFast Corporation and Providend Holdings.
Chen graduated with a Master of Science in Consumer Economics from the Ohio State University in 1995 and holds a Ph.D. from the same university which he obtained in 1997. He is a CFA charterholder.
Adelene Tan
Adelene Tan | Director
Adelene Tan joined the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) in 1990, where she held responsibilities from the management of GIC’s money market to global bond portfolios, alternative investment, foreign exchange and commodities. She was appointed Managing Director in 2008 and last held the position of Director of the External Managers Department, which oversees the selection of external fund managers. She retired from GIC in 2012.
She currently serves as a Member of the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), the Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF), as well as the Trinity Theological College. She also sits on the Board of Directors of SLF and CFS. In addition, Adelene acts as a director for fund vehicles set up by various Hong Kong and Singapore regulated asset management companies.
Adelene holds a degree in Social Sciences (Economics) with honours from National University of Singapore. She has been a CFA Charterholder since 1993 and has passed the exams required for the CAIA Charter.
Wolfgang Klemm, Ph.D.
Wolfgang Klemm, Ph.D. | Alternate Director
Wolfgang Klemm is the Alternate Director to Jimmy Phoon. He is the Head of Strategy & Development and Head of ESG at Seviora Holdings.
Wolfgang was formerly a Managing Director in Temasek’s Portfolio Development team. His experience includes two stints at Bain & Company, managing Eracom Technologies – an IT security company – and investing in mid-sized companies for a group of high-net-worth individuals.
Wolfgang holds a Ph.D. in corporate strategy from LMU Munich and an MBA from Drake University. He has received scholarships from the Fulbright Commission and from the German National Academic Foundation.
